Don Pedro Relicensing

Don Pedro Dam and Powerhouse are licensed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  The current license which is held jointly by Modesto Irrigation District and Turlock Irrigation District expires in 2016.  The irrigation districts have started the multi-year process for relicensing the project.
